Now is that wonderful time of the year when the cherry trees blossom, our allergies kick in and the streets are lively and packed with tourists! A mild winter means that the famous trees are predicted to bloom early. If you go to the mall today, you’ll see some flowers venturing out, but most aren’t ready just yet.In this week’s image, a runner tries to make her way through the Tidal Basin and past the photo-snapping tourists, easily spotted wearing fanny packs and white socks under sandals. It’s spring fever in Washington DC!
